We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our busy aftersales teams at Riverside Drive, Dundee.  Our ideal candidate will provide a professional administration service that contributes to complete customer satisfaction. Daily duties includes greeting customers in to the service department, extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, keeping customers informed as well as gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out. You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customer's satisfaction.

Motor Trade experience is preferred although not essential as full training will be given.  Full UK driving licence essential.

The hours are Mon-Fri, 8.00am–5.30pm plus every second Saturday morning.
